Exercising regularly is one of the best things you can do for your health. Soon after you start exercising, you’ll begin to see and feel the benefits that physical activity can have on your body and well-being.

Exercising will make you feel relaxed, reduces stress, improves working efficiency and will make you stay active for the whole day.

it is important to start slowly and let your body rest from time to time.

Why you should workout everyday?

1. When you exercise, feel good-chemicals called endorphins are released in your body. These chemicals give a positive feeling

2. Working out makes you more fit which makes you feel sexier about yourself. Resistance training also helps to boost testosterone and this hormone increases your energy level, mood.

3. Exercise helps to boost cognitive function and memory. Even moderate walking help boosting cognitive function like reasoning, memory, attention span.

4. Exercise is a natural anti-depressant. Just taking a moderate walk for 30 min will help a lot.

5. When you exercise you feel better, look better, you get stronger, you will feel a sense of accomplishment and the rush of endorphins has a ripple effect on everything you do. When you exercise you feel more confident.

6. Doing exercise every day will help you feel more energetic.

7. You will sleep better when you have a good workout. Try to plan your workout during day time and avoid exercise too close to bedtime.

8. Exercising is one the fastest way to clear stress hormones out of your system. It will help you relax and calm down.

9. Exercise helps dramatically reduce heart-related diseases, strengthen your heart muscle, and helps decrease the risk of a heart attack.

10. When you exercise we infuse your body with better health, boost energy level, feel and look better. we cant stop the age clock but we can slow it down.

How to make exercise a habit
Consistency is the key.
We all try to develop it as a habit, many of us even start and make efforts but after some days we skip and may even stop. Here consistency comes into the picture.

If you’re going to make this a habit, do a 30-day Challenge,
and by the end of the challenge, your habit should be pretty well ingrained.

  1. Make a plan and stick to it. Keep a reminder and follow up. It might be difficult in the beginning but the first step is to start.
  2. Begin with motivation and a will to do, because then only you will make efforts and stay consistent.
  3. Start with a simple set of exercises like 10 min jogging, cycling, skipping, sit-ups, pull-ups, push-ups, running, etc
  4. Every day, go for an extra mile. Try to push your limits each time.
  5. Got bored? Try some other set of exercises. As you just need to be physically active then you can go on with new exercises. You can even try yoga, as it helps you with your mental and physical health.
    Go out for a walk. You can go out cycling or trekking with friends. There are plenty of other options you can try.
  6. When you stay consistent, stick to the regime you will find it a fun activity and will eventually become a habit.
